Preface

are selecting an organization with a unique system of quality and service.

Carpet Rescue Squad has been in operation for 20 years. Since that time we have built a reputation for
providing the benchmark of service and quality in the industry. With our systems of quality control and
maintenance programs Carpet Rescue Squad will ensure your needs are our priority.
This unique blend of quality is provided by our experienced team of operators and our support staff
who are available to help you with any of your valued enquiries and needs.

Carpet Rescue Squad was launched by Jeff Butcher in 1989 with the intention of building the most reliable
service in NSW. Carpet supply and installation, repairs, carpet steam cleaning, fabric protection, upholstery
cleaning and fire and flood restoration are some of our services.

We ensure our operators and staff are trained in all aspects necessary to complete all tasks at hand.
All chemicals used have the necessary approvals and all comply with the Australian Standards Association.
A list of chemical data sheet can be provided upon request.

Our structure ensures the availability of an authorized representative whenever needed.

Quality control
The major elements of our program are:

  • Selection of employees.
  • Training of employees.
  • Communication with clients.
  • Inspections of tasks and evaluation (by client) after completion (performance evaluation)
  • Check list (completed by operator, authorized by client) to ensure that the task is completed satisfactorily.
  • Inspection by a representative to determine when task is due to be repeated.
